The Sustainable Container Co. products are made to make you happy and we back that up with a 30 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch: hello@thesustainablecontainer.com and we will assist you with a full refund or exchange less the shipping costs for any products that don't meet our quality standards.

Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted for undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of The Sustainable Container Co.

Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. The Sustainable Container Co. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from The Sustainable Container Co. or authorised resellers.
